Warm Homes Local Grant:

You could get a grant to make your home warmer if you’re a homeowner or private tenant, and your home has an Energy Performance Rating of D-G. You must also meet one of the following criteria:

-            Your annual household income is under £36,000 before tax,

-            Someone in your household receives a means tested benefit,

-            You have a long-term or severe health condition.

It could pay for improvements like installing

-            wall, loft and underfloor insulation

-            air source heat pumps

-            smart controls

-            solar panels
