Memorial Plaque Application

A donation of £300 towards the original purchase and installation of the plaque will apply. The donation is not allocated for maintenance of any specific bench.

Plaques will be finished in a stainless-steel finish and size will be standardised (250x75mm - anticipated size) but ultimately, they will be based upon the bench they are to be fitted.

Text will be laser etched in Arial font and can be up to 100 characters (including spaces) across up to 4 lines of text.

Time period of plaque: 15 Years.

Installation will be undertaken by the parish council.
