Total body dance workout.
Combines all elements of physical fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity workout than regular Zumba making it suitable for active, older participants and/or those returning to fitness. Accompanied by music: Latin rhythms, Cha-cha-cha, Pop, and Reggaeton.
